On the 4th of October the South Tyrolean company Markas, specialized in management of canteens and other catering establishments, inaugurated its new cooking centre at Vigasio, situated in the province of Verona. The new Markas cooking centre is one of the most innovative and technological centers in Italy and is specialized in the sous vide cooking method. This method is popular among award-winning chefs and is now also used by Markas for catering service.
In addition to numerous customers, suppliers and coworkers, also the mayor of Vigasio Eddi Tosi and his vice mayor Stefania Zaffani attended the grand opening.
