Renewed infrastructures and equipment, shortened waiting times and use of healthy and local ingredients: this is the recipe of Markas for the university canteens of ESU in Verona, the regional institute for the right to study with seat in Veronetta and Borgo Roma. The many new features and improvements implemented by the leading catering service provider were presented during the opening ceremony on the 29th of February, which was attended by many representatives of ESU and the Markas top management.
