Nutritional education seen from the perspective of tradition, values and regionals specialties. This is in essence the project “Degust’Alp”, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce of Cuneo and Markas, who runs the school catering service in the city.

The goal of the project “Degust’Alp” is to make pupils and their families discover regional products. The children experimented and enhanced their knowledge through educational games, tastings and finally a drawing competition, which awarded a class with a trip to a farm.
