Barbara Valentini, the responsible for food safety and nutrition in Markas, spoke about the “sustainable” future of catering in Italy at the round table “future scenarios”.

The event took place as part of the exhibition and convention organized by Ristorando on the 25th and 26th of September in Milan. Identified key words are rediscovering traditions, reducing the energy impact and moderating consumption. Furthermore, the importance of nutritional education starting from early childhood was emphasized.
