During the last weeks Markas has been preparing tasty dishes from local products in the school canteens of Cuneo (Piedmont).

Leek quiche or mixed salad with carrots from San Rocco and caramelised pears are just some of the delicacies offered within the project Dégust’Alp, which has been launched to revalue local food.
