Thanks to the project Dégust’Alp, promoted by the Chamber of Commerce and Markas, the pupils of Cuneo learn about traditional food such as the carrot from San Rocco or the leek from Cervere.

In the canteens and classes, pupils learn about necessity, delight and tradition of local food.
