Beretta, leading company in the production of firearms, and the pupils of Gardone would have little in common if not the fresh dishes prepared daily by Markas.

Both the dishes for the scholars of Val Trompia and those for the employees of Beretta are in fact prepared with care in the Markas kitchen located at the Beretta factory.
