After graduating as a cook from the School of Hotel Management in Merano, he started his working career in several hotels and restaurants in South Tyrol.

Today Daniel Zanelotto is the chef cook of the University Canteen of Bolzano, which is managed since 2005 by Markas. Mr. Zanellotto bears responsibility for 13 employees and prepares, together with them, every day up to 800 meals for students, professors and administrative staff of the University of Bolzano.
